Installation & Operation

  • Fix the pump securely in a safe location away from sunlight, sources of heat and other dangerous environs, allowing for a maximum suction lift of 1 metre only.
  • Cut the supplied tubing into a 1 metre section and connect one of its ends to the suction of the pump and other to the foot value.
  • Ensure the suction tubing is held straight within the chemical storage tank.
  • Connect the rest of the required length of tubing to the discharge side of the pump head.
  • Connect the NRV in a vertical position in the required injection point
  • Position the discharge tube above the pump head in a safe direction
  • Plug in the mains chord of the pump to a single phase 230vAc, 5amp socket.
  • Wait for the pump to prime into the head.
  • As soon as the liquid starts to flow out of the tube turn off the pump promptly now connect the fully primed tube into the NRV.
  • Turn the pump on again and check for leaks in all areas.
  • Now finally adjust the speed buttons as per your dosing requirement.
